4 off for me this week & SOTW. Got my 4 stone award. 4 more for my 4.5. We have WI on boxing day so i'm not going to that, and then again on 2nd Jan, which I will drag myself along to.
Didn't come on last week but maintained. Lost 2 this week which leaves me 1lb away from my 4 stone. I am never going to hit my xmas target but I will persevere as it helps me to have something to aim for, even if it is an impossible dream lol
I cant actually notice it myself as I have so much to lose but other people do and that makes me feel good. Im still wearing the same clothes mostly because im too tight to go out and buy new ones but because I don't want to buy them just 1 size down, I want to get at least 2 sizes

I love mini targets, I have a few now, lose 2 to get into the 17's, then to lose 5 to get 3 stone award then to lose 12 for 3.5 stone and if I lose 13 I go from a bmi of really really fat to just really fat which is something I can not wait for.

don't let them get to you, as long as its coming off you its all good, and if they are starving themselves before WI that's not a healthy attitude and likely to result in them going off plan, or being miserable as sin for a day. Youre doing really well, and theres nothing wrong with plodding...
Good Luck and well done for starting. I also have over 8 stone to lose, but I started on May 1st and have currently lost 2.5 stone. I feel so much better, lots more energy and don't get so out of breath anymore.

I've just got down into the 18's and am loving it. Got my two stone award yesterday on WI but missed my 10% by 1lb, which was a bit gutting.
I bought my first pair of size 18 jeans the other day and although they are no comfortable in the slightest I got them on and I did them up...
Quick and easy is a tin of tomatoes (chopped) or a carton of passata and then just add your own spices to it. Mix with pasta and its a yummy pasta sauce.
You can use fat free fromage frais to make it a little creamier or if you haven't used your HEX add proper cheese.

Yes have a look at your healthy extras theres some really nice ones. I have honey nut shredded wheat every day and I don't have to sin them which is lovely!
I really like wafer thin ham and fat free cottage cheese, it actually fills me up for a good hour or so which helps until dinner time. Although not sin free I absolutely love home made scotch eggs and I take those shopping with me to eat around the store. They are 2 sins each but to be honest...
