    haha, if only! calorie counting is the best, definitely. i try to eat healthily too, add a few fruit and vegs to my meals. it seems to help me with food cravings. see it as a healthy lifestyle change, not a diet :-) bx

    try something from the nip and fab range!! i don't have saggy skin yet but i love the body butter, it seems to improve skin appearance and elasticity, plus i smell lush!! you can get it from boots and the like, worth a try maybe? bx

    ye, i used to look at weekends as an excuse to pig out, haha. i try to be good in the week but i'm more relaxed at the weekend, like if i want something naughty then i'll have it and not feel guilty about it, i just carry on being good and not see it as an excuse to fall off the wagon...

    also, if you break your goal into smaller goals, i reckon it will be easier to lose weight. say, start with losing 5lbs or a stone, you will feel great when you meet a particular goal each time :-) positivity!! bx
