It's such a relief isn't it. I think the 12 week scan is nerve-wracking because it's usually the first time you get to see your baby and you just want to know 1. if it's actually there(!) and 2. that everything seems ok, but I do think the 20 week scan can be just as scary as obviously they are...

It basically means you can take up to a whole year off, but only get paid for 39 weeks...so after the 39 weeks is up, the rest of it is unpaid xxx Hope that helps hun :) xx

At first it feels like wind - its hard to tell if its kicking or wind lol! But yep flicks sound pretty spot on! :) looks like you can feel baby. If you get a chance to lie down quietly and concentrate I bet you'll feel it more :) x

I love having a girl for all the clothes! :) Love pretty dresses, pinks, yellows etc in the spring/summer. I'm sure I'll love having a boy too lol but the clothes don't do it for me as much as girly clothes do! xx

I was probably a bit naughty! Amelia had the odd bottle of cows milk at 11mths, and by 11 and a half mths was on cows milk for all bottles xx I think you can give them formula for as long as you want though really, it's personal preference xx

Thanks girls! I'm tempted to give Amelia her bowl of fruit as usual, and a bowl of cereal to go with it. That way she's still getting her whole milk, but filling up on some oats etc too. And she's still getting lots of goodness from the fruit. She can still enjoy a full bottle of milk to go to...

I had the copper coil hun and it made my periods horrendous x lots of pain and a period for about 2-3 weeks out of every month :( xx put up with it a year but had to take it out in the end xx I was gutted, as I didnt want hormones either xx

Amelia's eyes are weird! They are very very dark blue/grey, but also have bits of green and brown in them. They seem to change on a daily basis. The little bit of hair she has is an odd colour as well. In some lights it looks golden blonde, in other lights it looks like it's going to go brown...

It flies Jess... I find as soon as your 12 week scan comes that's it, the rest goes by in a blink! At the time you think it's taking forever (especially when you get to 38/39 weeks and your waiting around - I had to wait until 42 weeks though lol) but you look back with a 4 1/2 month old baby...
