    You should be trying to consume between 1200 - 1400 calories a day. 2 shakes and 2 150cal snacks allow you between 500-700 calories per evening meal x

    Is herbalife good?

    You have to get the herbal tea. It is amazing at giving you energy. I love tropical and chocolate, although I add orange essence to the choc one to make it like a chocolate orange.
