Second fast day...someone mentioned on here before about drinks and having lady grey tea, I have lots of them little single cup tea bags and found some in there, it's love.y! I am sipping it black with sweetener x

Ohh mine was so good! Will post pics later, I had...broccoli, sprouts, courgettes, mash (naked) roast pots sweet pots and parsnip, pork steak and pork gravy (put 3 syns for the gravy although I only had a bout 3tablespoons) AND resisted a Yorkshire pud! Go me lol usually I won't stop eating them...

Big tub of vlf cottage cheese
3 eggs
Tin of tuna in spring water
Makes about 12 mini ones and will keep for a couple of days in the fridge in an airtight container.
Method.
Take a largish bowl and combine the cottage cheese and egg, stir well and add the tuna, fold in.

wow i was going to post on this exact same subject earlier! i used to use the blue dragon ones and done even want to have a look at the sin value lol, i LOVE stir frys but without the sauce it can be a bit bland, i use soy sauce but starting to get a bit bored of the same flavour.
