    Hello I'm starting LL this week today. I am a sort of restarter - I did CD for a month last year but became unwell and had to stop. I'm using up the last of my CD sachets (those that are in date) before starting LL proper at the weekend. Good luck all.

    Day 2 - Going well but have some questions

    Feeling fine again now. I've a fridge full of cottage cheese, a freezer full of 120g portions of chicken breast, and a cupboard full ot tuna - I think I'll carry on with the small meal/no milk as it definitely keeps me sane.

    I think two weekly weighing might be better - over two weeks you're bound to lose more - better for the soul I think. Imagine this week sticking to it and losing a pound then next week losing 5lbs. If you give up now you'll never get that 5lb off and you'd never know it would have happened.

    I am on SS+ (just a week in) and since day 3 have been taking two capsule a day, with good effect. The husk in its pure form sounds horrid. I have the Solgar brand from Holland & Barrett.
