    I have looked for Eat stop eat before but I can't find it for free anywhere. Tried the split day fasting for a few weeks but didn't see any weight loss from it. I am considering dropping the 500kcal and not eating for the day. It's after I eat that I get hungry.

    That's a good idea, I'll stock up on plenty of celery and cucumber. I think I might do Thursdays with a lot more protein than normal as well as I find it makes me feel less hungry.

    I've tried a couple of the clubs where you attend a meeting once a week, but never found they did anything for me. Never felt I had anything else in common with the other people who went, who were often a lot older. I also never found the information they handed out re nutrition, ideas etc...

    I love fruit. At the moment my favourite is peaches, but it changes depending on the time of year. I also love apples, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, gooseberries and I had the most amazing pineapple when I was on holiday in Malaysia. It's spoilt me for pineapple in the UK :)

    I guess I just don't feel that much is happening when I'm walking, I miss my sweat and endorphins! Although it is mainly about food, I worry without exercising I'm losing muscle mass. I like to feel toned and strong too. I think I'm just gonna have to walk very far!
