    its best to count everything in your diet. i started by keeping a food diary and being entirely honest with myself on what i ate and drank, its amazing how many calories soon tot up when you do this. even if it is fruit or veg, they still add up.

    This is the correct way to do it. you have to add in how much exercise you do, and at 1.2 its sedentary exercise. for 1-3 times a week exercise its 1.35. go to Harris Benedict Equation to find out what to multiply your bmr by. :D
