    My mouth used to get quite sore eating them but that was when I had the dreaded dry mouth. However they're fine now and feel like a treat to me, especially with a huge mug of coffee. They're really filling compared to soups and shakes.

    The first few days are hard, but once you get in ketosis, you should feel energized. It is hard and you do need to stay focused. I have done it for 3 months and the coke and coffee have definitely helped me get me through it.
