    9lbs is brilliant..what are u moaning abt woman..lol. Weight loss can vary depending on how much u need to lose. The bigger u are the bigger the first few weight losses. But dont be sad abt it..9lbs is over half a stone..you will get to ur goal in no time. Well done you.

    It was easy cooking as i had a coffee and my bar right next to me. I felt amazing cooking all the dishes. The family really enjoyes eating them and i loved my soup a la chicken. The bar is crispy then gets chewy towards the end..its great with coffee or water. X

    Help...i dont know why but im feeling really hungry today...ive had my two packs and 3 ltrs of water but still hungry then on top of that im taking the kids to the cinema..i m staying strong but dont know why i feel like this when other days have been fine.

    I think the weight does flucuate depending on the time of day..u weigh heavier than the morning. My scales have a mind of their own so im not weighing myself until weigh in days.

    Met my new cdc this morning..she is great..im happy that i changed.She also gave me the booklet and some free packs and bars which was lovely. Now down to the figures...i lost 4 this week..so thats 9.5 in total. Ive lost 7 inches too. I feel great.

    I agree with the water drinking..i didnt drink as much before i started..but am managing 3 ltrs a day..it really helps trust me. It fills you up..you will be fine. Im going to ask my cdc to measure me tmrw too. Wish me good luck

    Well done on ur weight loss...im officially on week 2. I dont think u would be out of ketosis that quickly. Just go back on the packs asap and drink plenty..i would have all the packs as having less would effect the weight loss as i found out when i was doing LL a few years back.
