    Thanks Kira I'm really not trying to defend myself here but this is the first time I've been able to take 'days off' and be sensible rather than eating everything in sight to make up for the test of the week. I've also been able to get right back on it. It's strange!!

    Hi Everyone I am still here, just haven't had a chance to update. To be fair I've been about 80% good and 20% indulgent. I am doing vlcd 4/5 days with the odd day off. I'm able to stick at it and know it's not ideal but I think having the odd day off in December is the best way to get through it.

    Thank you. I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't feel amazing after day three ;) Kira we have the same goal! I got close once but it was so hard to maintain. I'll probably have to stay low carb if I want to get there and stay there.

    Day two done :) Was offered a home made slab of chocolate cake today. Took it home (didn't want to say no as the person had made it especially for me) and gave it to my mum when she popped round to visit. Win win

    Day 7!!! If I get through today then that will have been a whole week. I won't weigh in tomorrow, I'm going for two weekly weigh ins mainly cos it pains me to see my current weight after putting so much on. I won't feel like I'm losing weight until I'm down to single numbers. Crazy yes
