    Oh I agree. I always have a low syn ready meal in the freezer for just in case. But I honestly think they taste so bland and the portions are quite small too. I tend to cook a large meal and divide it into portions. Ready meals tend to be full of salt/added stuff too.

    How do you do your couscous?

    I would probably use water and then add peppers and onions and stuff. I use the packet ones but Im guessing you would have to season it quite a bit or it would be bland! I tend to stock up on the packet ones when they are on offer xx

    Hello!! I had PCOS and noticed a massive difference in symptoms when I lost weight (I lost 3 stone last yr although its back on now). I recently went for a scan and I dont appear to have any cysts now even though I have put the weight back on!! Weight is the biggest issue within PCOS. Good Luck xx

    Warburton's Square Wraps=8 syns! Honestly so worth the 8 syns, they are big and taste mmmm!! I had mine made into a pizza, spread tom puree on, covered with mushrooms, onions, peppers , sweetcorn and Hea mozerella and Hea2 cheddar! Grilled for 10 mins! Delish!

    I have my DINNER between 6-8pm depends on what time I get home etc. I dont like eating too late because then I feel bloated. I usually save a Heb for evenings incase I get the munchies after DINNER. I dont drink Tea :P
