    Hi! I found that when I first started I needed to set myself small rewards for losing (egg after losing a stone I would go and get my hair done) I also did I list of clothes I wanted to buy. I found little things helped my through it. Good luck!

    I'm not sure the, my advice would be to stay away from carbs and sugars - easier said than done! It may help if you go to read info that I found on a diary on here, it's principality and on the diary it mentions food lists which shouldn't take you out of legodiscovery. Hope this helps.

    What was your dirty habit?
