    Ok, didn't manage to record the weekends food. Did well during the day but ended up having pizza on Saturday, which was fairly low fat, and curry with a naan on Sunday. Plus so crisps and chilli cheese dip. So, start fresh today although I desperately need to go shopping!

    Thanks Lizzy! He came home with M&S sweeties! I did manage to resist though! Good luck with getting back on the wagon, it's so hard! I went back to group and lasted 6 weeks and gave up as the consultant wasn't that great. Have a wedding in 6 weeks so hoping that will motivate me :)
