    Thanks for the ideas. I don't think I am overeating the free foods and have definitely been getting 1/3 superfree or more. I drink two litres of water everyday, aside from any other drinks I have. I will see how it goes at weigh in tonight and then might consider red days. Tx

    I actifry some chips while I go to the chip shop. I get a whatever all the others want and a fish with large mushy peas for me. I have to take the batter off before I sit down to eat it or I would eat the batter. The dog likes the fish skin and batter, so everyone is happy. Tierney
