    I must admit I round up and guess a bit but I do log fruit and veg. If I'm eating raw carrots, fair enough, I know I've eaten say two carrots and a third of a tub of hummus. But if I cook a Big batch of bolognese that has carrots in, I'll just stick down half a cup to cover myself :)

    I always make extra of whatever I'm having for dinner so that I can take it for lunch the next day. i cook everyday and tend to adjust recipes. I stick with things like stews and curries as you can pack them with herbs and spices and they're essentially very healthy meals anyway :)

    Depending on where you live, you might be able to get a gp referral. I have a 12 week membership to a 'healthy living centre' which has a gym which I can use up to 3 times a week completely free. Only drawback is its Monday - Friday between 8 and 4. Some gp's refer to private gyms though
