    My 3rd day today of CD SS. Was on a low carb diet just prior. What would you say your biggest help was to stay so focused? Cancelled my friend tomorrow. Can't deal with any food events yet.

    So important to remember the water, no matter what plan we are on, and yet I frequently let it slide. Was thinking of making ice lollies with the CD water flavourings, for one thing to get more water but also to combat that ketosis chalky mouth feeling.

    Coconut oil/Milk

    When I was on a low carb diet a bit of coconut oil kept halitosis away--has antibacterial and antifungal properties also, guess with CD we would have to consider how many calories a teaspoon would be. Definitely make ketosis more comfortable
