    I don't understand this, if you eat next to nothing on a diet or whatever, your body stores food as fat as you go into starvation mode. But how come people with bands lose weight and they can't eat much at all, how come they don't go into starvation mode? :confused:

    Anyone using Nutracheck? I have a free trial at the moment and think I will sign up when it's over. I find it easier than WW or SW where I tend to get a bit obsessive pointing and weighing etc.

    I am 13 stone and want to get to 10 stone 5 lbs, and have a free trial with weightlossresources and nutracheck, and weighlossresources have put my daily calories at 1100 while nutracheck have given me 1400 cals a day.     Hi, I am new to SW. I am doing SW from home, I have the yellow food optimising book, but have been told it's changed in the A or B choices, it's now 2 from A where it used to be 1, or the other way round. Can anyone help on that please?
