My planned day went quite well - only one hiccup:
Breakfast - 1 slice wholemeal toast (4 syns), tsp flora (1 syn), marmite, 2x poached egg, beans + 1.5 tbsp ketchup (1.5)
Lunch - 35g shreddies (hex b) with banana, raspberries, strawberries, grapes and muller light
Pre-dinner, really hungry...
