    Day one I'm getting married in 100 days! I'm 16 stone 4lbs and want to loose as much weight as possible! I've decided to do Diet Now which is similar to the lipo trim diets. Today I've had slight headaches, obviously with not being in ketosis yet. So hopefully water will help it to ease.
