    Cost

    As you only pay for your products, the costs reduce when the number of products you have reduce so I think it is step three when it starts to get cheaper. Not sure about any cost for maintenance weigh ins as not there yet unfortunately!

    I would say go for it. You may lose a 2 stone max so you will feel lovely on your hols. Advice above it spot on. The last thing you want to do is work your butt off and then pile it all back on by going straight back to naughty holiday eating after depriving yourself for 5 weeks.

    Yay I did it! SS+ for the first time today and attended a BBQ and had a chicken breast and some rocket. OMG after two weeks of not eating food it tasted good but I am so pleased that I resisted the urge to eat anything else. Didn't even touch the dessert I made. Woohoo!

    I have attempted 30 day shred twice and have not got passed day 12 either time because level two is so hard!!! I found when I did do it whilst doing the 5:2 diet my weight loss increased dramatically. Not bad for 20 minutes every day.

    I started this week too some feel your pain. I didn't fancy the butterscotch as I thought it might be quite sickly but I read on here somebody halving it with a banana to make a banofee pie shake so I might try that next week.
