Our Consultant asks we keep diaries all the time, not just first four weeks but I don't mind, I seem to be obsessed with filling it in to see how I am doing

Our group the same - all our Consultant does for a whole hour is go round the group discussing the pounds lost or gained by each individual and asks what they 'want to predict for next week'. There is no time for discussion, no ideas or tips really - I thought this must be how each group worked...

So Helpful So helpful for newbies to SW. I am not a great talker I. Public and can see that I may not ask questions in class (only been to 1) but this has answered lots of questions I have had.

Great Idea I think this is a great idea - will pay for some new clothes when I start dropping dress sizes. One week into SW and lost 6lb but know that I lose first week really well before it slows down
