    welldone on increasin the water..im however still havin a prob increasing it. im still havin 2 ltrs and gettin up 4-5 times in the night which really disturbs my sleep n since ive started lt have bad dark circles now. i usually do stop drinkin an hr before bed time but it hasnt helped. any ideas...

    yes it is v hard cathy. he works 8am to 8pm., and is not a problem hidin then. wknds is hard. hate doin it like this but he is totally against it and wants me to do sensible eating... which does not work for me. ive tried everythin in the past and this is the only thing that has worked.

    well done. i too have been weighin myself each morning and ive lost 4 lbs in 2 days....i know how u feel. its great and it actually gives u a kick to continue. think rainbows right though about avoiding to weigh at home each day. im gonna try and leave it till weighin day now :)

    i just find drinkin that amount is a big problem for me when im out n about. went to tescos n went to the loo twice. the second i leave the house im thinkin of...okay where is the closest loo, cant go there...theres no loo near by. lol. such a pain. it might get better as my body gets used to...
