my consultant told us last week that they are 1/2 a syn each.She said they did change the recipe at one point putting them up to 1 syn each,but everyone on sw complained so they changed the recipe back again lol

So my family sat down to a pizza tonight which smelled gorgeous i must admit,but i was strong,i let them eat first then i sat down to a bowl of home made tuna pasta with spring onion and sweetcorn and a shape 0% mango yogurt after :) Im so glad i didn't give in to the pizza :party0011:
