    Why dont you try having your tetra hot, either make a mocha I use half a carton and a teaspoon of coffee or just make a hot chocolate. If your having it on the way to work maybe worth investing in a insulated cup with lid.

    Restarted cd yesterday. Managed the whole day ss quite easily. Have decided this time to add physillium husks to my shakes. I put a small tablespoon in two shakes. Has anyone got any idea if this is enough or should I be adding more ?

    I've just had a mug shot chicken flavour noodle snack. There are two types only the noodle ones are free not the pasta. Great if your at work as it comes in its own little pack and make up in a mug. You must leave it four a few mins to thicken up. About 45p per sachet.

    Thanks for your reponse. It's a new diet to me so I might be able to keep up interest in it for a while. Where did you find your info on it, any I found has been really limited to celeb success, not specifically the diet itself.

    Has anyone on here tried this diet. I read an article on it in a magazine and it seemed quite doable. Five meals of about 300cals and two snacks 200cals 25 mins of exercise and one day off a week. Could not find a book on it though. Would be interested to know more. Katona

    Hi Munchkin if you look at the link for this diet it recommends you use diet shakes for the first two weeks. I was going to use slimfast shakes cos I bought a load when they were bogof, but I find food more appealing. Although if your used to SS that is a more controlled way to go.
