    Hey all, Started last Monday at 10st8.8lbs.. Sadly saw my thread from last year where I had managed to get down to my lowest weight in years of 8st11.4, just 4.4lbs off my UGW. 6 days in and I'm 10st2.8lbs so hoping to be in the 9s again soon!! How has everyone been doing? :)

    End of of week 1

    Don't worry, I just had my first weekly weigh-in and only lost 2.5 lbs. It may be that you didn't have a lot of water weight so most of what you lost was actual fat, or some people's bodies may be more reluctant to adjust.. Besides 4lbs is still a massive loss in a week, don't get disheartened...

    Accidentally hit send! I've liked the thai chicken and the vegetable. Haven't braved the mushroom yet simply because I despise mushrooms but my boyfriend has reassured me it's not too strong!! Was looking at the meals mainly for something a bit more chewable. Wouldn't recommend them then??
