    I use mince, 3 peppers sliced, 3 red onions sliced and a lot of mushrooms sliced and cooking in a pan and add my taco spice mix (I make my own). They're basically a mince fajita but with a less sweet seasoning. Yum!

    Personally I like to fast all day and have a MASSIVE evening meal like a veg curry, something that I can eat a huge amount of so I don't want anything else before bed. I think it can be quite easy to reach for convenience foods though rather having to work out calories for things x
