    Perfectly normal for me hun, I can gain up to 5lbs on an up weekend and still have a loss that week, there is nothing wrong in daily weighing as long as you don't let the gains derail you, the only weight that counts is your official weigh in after a DD x

    Well 1st DD done and dusted had 150 cals milk allowance, Moussaka ready meal 302 cals and 1 slice wholemeal nimble and scraping of butter Total 552 cals , I don't mind going up to 600 if I need to on a double, I find a slice of toast before bed helps a lot.
