i was sitting in the garden this summer on one of the few days it did not rain on a metal frame deck chair. The thing started to lean futher and futher back until the back snaped and i rolled over the chair backwards.The kids were laughing their backs off.

thanks el Nino,we are using the calorie counting and exercise route,thats how i lost 3 stones in the first place.We find it helps woth portion control as well knowing how much say 400 calories of pasta looks like and so on.

what i have found is,its good to measure your body because sometimes you can loose inches and not weight.This is even more so the case when going to the gym quite often, because as you tone up you are trading body fat for muscle,and muscle weighs heavier than fat.So i think your current weight...
