    Sam, you are really losing at a nice steady pace, what type of foods do you eat on a daily basis, I'm losing but only about a pound a week, think I might be overdong the green days, but I am still staying below my 15 syns, usually nearer to 10?

    Decided to make my own oats today, so used 28g of Oats (HEB), milk from allowance (HEA) and one tablespoon of maple syrup 2 syns, much better than 6 syns for the quaker version, tomoro I will just have half a tablespoon as it was quite sweet.
