    Don't seem to be losing much - any tips?

    Hi there, what about going thru your book and eating lots of speed/super speed foods. I find cutting down of bananas and grapes help me to have better losses too! Also, make sure you are drinking enough. Are you eating regularly and enough? little and often keeps your metabolism going...

    Eating out, Red or Green??

    I prefer to have a red day if Im eating out, then I can choose meat/fish with vegs and maybe a j.pot or new pots (without butter!) as my b choice. Enjoy!
