    Bit of a slow loss this week only 2lbs, not too dissapointed as got to look at the whole course not just week by week, and also been to the gym, just wanting to know what peopels experience is of losing a little one week, is the next week normally bigger?

    well i started before the mens stuff, so i have all the mens and womens stuff, the freother is not very good though, dont they test tese things? the gym bag is better, and the folder to hold all the stuff in is quite nice aswell!

    APparently most of the packs etc are the same, no differenc there, but we get a different bag, books, and shaker bottle, , the sandy tote bag i have as a man, aint exactly manlike, but it does the job!

    What are the results in people experinces of excess skin? I am very aware that a quick weight loss could result in a lot of extra skin? I am 16st 8lbs at the moment, will this be something i need to worry about in the long term?
