    Which CD bars should i buy???

    Hi I tried the Caramel tonight my first one and I was not all that thrilled by it. It was chewy and not horrible but it didn't really do a lot for me I'm afraid. I think I will stick to the shakes. But I hope they are good for you. x

    Quick question please

    Hi Janey, I make mine with hot water from the kettle but make sure it isn't too hot if using a shaker as the extra pressure will make the lid pop! I have gone off the soups this week and stuck for sweet. Other way I used was with a hand blender found it got alll the lumps out!! xx

    Feeling weak!
