    I love a big dollop of fat free yogurt with a pinch of paprika and some herbs mixed in - vary it depending on what you're having. I often use Italian mix, or mint... X

    Cake in a mug

    I made it. Massively disappointed, and what a waste of 2 syns. If I hadn't have already poured my last - and fave - vanilla and choc sprinkle Müllerlight on it I'd have binned it after 1 bite. I won't be trying it again!

    The one that shows up on the app is a 125g pot and is 0.5syns, but there is also a Greek one? And I know they've rebranded their healthy living range recently so not sure how up to date the app is...

    I did the diet coke chicken, was good. And the Singapore beef - think hubby would eat it every day if he could! Loads in there I want to try - Maryland chicken is next on the list I think! X

    Extra Easy: Recipes.

    I tend to stick to fruit and a Müllerlight on a morning when I don't have time for a bigger cooked breakfast. Some days I'll have grapes, banana, apple and satsuma with a yogurt and I'm stuffed for ages!

    I normally peel them for wedges but maybe I should try leaving the skin on, guess it helps with crispness?

    Strange veg!

    Celeriac almost has a potato consistency/texture. My dad uses it in sliced potato dishes - like a dauphinois but without butter and cream! Stock instead!

    Extra Easy: Baked Sweet Potato

    Do you eat the skin of a baked sweet potato? Just curious. I never have, to be honest I've never baked one in the akin, but I've always wondered whether they're ok to eat or not?!
