    Is the first week really that bad????

    everyone reacts in different ways, I didnt have too much of a problem in week 1, but I did cut down on my carbs and up the water intake 7 days before I started. I only suffered mild headaches on day 6 but they were gone in 2 hours. Id say start asap and you will feel loads better.

    I felt lousey on day 6 too, i have never really experienced the buzz full of energy feeling throughout the diet. However I do feel loads better than I have in years. Just try and get through the day as best as you can, its amazing what a difference a day can make as to how you feel.

    If you struggle with aam why not try just adding it to your soup. I do this every aam week because the small amount there is doesnt add up to a meal for me, however added in the soup its like a treat because your eating a chunky soup.
