    Pork fried rice. In Frylight,I cooked leftover cubed roast pork (fat removed) in Frylight with one chopped chilli,one crushed garlic clove and a small knob of grated ginger with sliced mushrooms.I then added cooked,cooled rice, a handful of frozen sweetcorn and pre cooked green beans.Flavourings...

    I'm enjoying a hot chocolate made with Options Belgian Chocolate Brownie (2),aerosol cream (0.5) and 2 marshmallows (2),so a total of 4.5.It feels really indulgent and lasts for longer than a bar of chocolate would.
