    Consciously choosing more speed and super speed foods will boost your weight loss but do not confuse them with superfree. my consultant always told me most of the food we should choose should come from the free food list 80%,15% HEx and 5% syns

    You are getting a bit mixed up cereals aren't free. If you go to the online food diary under healthy extra B choices in the drop down list you will find cereals and there are many more than aren't listed in your book.

    Rogue Go back to basics as if it's week one again you may find you have got a little complacent. FF is for people that are really struggling,speak to your consultant before you do anything drastic !

    If you go 3lb below your target you would have to pay as a target member myself have only ever gone that 3 under once to give me some breathing space for a holiday. Cross that bridge when you come to it !
