    I wouldn't worry about the weetabix as your using your Heathy extras so that's already portion controlled so not a massive need for you to have SUPERFREE but you had banana anyway so that's good. The rest looks fine but yeh I agree with switching to a lighter mayo x

    I really wouldn't worry about it when your using your hex especially with weetabix the idea of a 1/3 SF is so that you don't over fill your plate with free food, with 2 weetabix you can't exactly do that can you so it's already portion controlled. But well done with the banana anyway

    2 is fine Hun, someone at my old group used to have 6 and started sts so obviously she was advised to cut them down. It's just a about seeing what works for you. Yogurt is also supposed to be very good for weight loss anyway so it's better than having something naughty
