    Hi All, Im quite confused now after reading all of your posts...... I thought the minimun daily intake of water was 2.25ltrs, which is just over 4 pints? Some of you say its 4ltrs.....I dont think i'd be able to drink that much! Can someone clarify for me please? Thanks Amanda

    What was your BMI when you were a size 16?

    Hi Jen, I was a size 16 when I started, my BMI was 28.7. But it does depend on your height as well. But if you aim for around 28 - 29 BMI you should be about right! Good luck Amanda xx
