    Hi - I would suggest you just point whatever you had - be honest about it and just try and claw back some points by doing some exercise and gaining some acitvity points. Go out with your son tomorrow and enjoy yourself. If you go over your weeklies dont worry too much, life does get in the way...

    I rejoined a class last night and the consultant was on holiday so someone was standing infor her. Dont know if the scales were at fault but most of the people who stayed to class had put on weight. Dont look very good if you are a total newbie to class!

    Help Needed !!!!!!!!!! Fruit and salad hater

    I hate salads and cant much fruit due to the sugars in them but do like COOKED veg. My consultant told me you dont have to have all that superfree and she has a member that got to goal by eating NO fruit and veg. I also read on the website somewhere that it is just a recommendation.

    Thats a really good day. Dont forget your weeklies if you get really stuck. I too have done sw and I really struggled with it and it doesn't really teach you portion sizes which is what I need. I'm sure you will do really well with ww - its more convenient as well when you are busy or lazy...

    Just starting

    Am just starting the Atkins diet today. So far so good I hope. Am still learning what I can and cant have. I did this years ago and forgot what I should be having but I always felt good on it. Unfortunately slipped into the carbs and ate too many so need to lose weight and feel good in myself.
