My group leader said that these would be synned as your changing them to what there suppose to be used from, bit like using fruit for a smoothie but I maybe wrong????? Maybe someone else could advise???

My mum got me one too that also has a tagine lid so it would be nice to share recipes. I think stews would work well, load of veg, some meat with herbs. Think it's more trial than anything. Or you could just try google... X
