    Yes cuddly, thats what I'm gonna do, s shake every 4-5 hours, (cos I minused 7 hours sleep from the 24) :D Hope this works, however a black tea with tablet sweetners should help the sugar dip......maybe:o

    Thats great, I also have my own blood pressure monitor, so I can keep tabs on my bp. Also I can do it in work.     hello, i would like to lose around 5 stone, gulp, i havent started LT as yet, just waiting to get hold of it, and then i can set some mini goals etc. I was a size 20 when i got married (2005) and im now an 18. I would love to get to a size 10 or 12 !!
