    Stick with it 100% - I've learned that the body keeps hold of weight for a few days before giving up and dropping weight like a stone. Every time Suzi had a problem with it being stable, after a few days it always falls faster than when it was dropping normally.

    One shake a day

    I found it a real struggle to get the shakes and water down the first few days. I normally make them up using Ice thicken them and then take my time drinking them. I'd personally not think it would do you any good to only consume half the recommended calories / nutrients.
