    I would normally count them all on the day I cooked it and not count anything if I have some left over for the following day. The only time I wouldn't do it would be if it was a start of a new week ie if I had been weighed in between.

    Saving syns

    I count my syns as weekly and it works for me but for some people it doesn't. All I can say is try it and if you are having gains/maintains then review it then. The benefits of weekly are you can save them for a night out, or like you, keep them for WI night. Good luck!

    Agree with the people that have said try other groups if you don't like the one you try at first. I'm at my third group now in my area and can honestly say it's brilliant, the consultant is really motivating, helpful and friendly, which is how it should be!

    Another green day today. Breakfast was mushroom omelette. Lunch pasta with tomato and basil sauce. Dinner quorn stir fry. Have made up some pickled onions with cheese (hex a) on a cocktail stick to snack on later in front of the tv, very seventies/eighties style food lol!

    Stir fry recipes

    I tend to use bean sprouts (loads of them cos they soon disappear!), peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and any other veg that I have in the fridge really! I add chicken or prawns too depending on what I have/fancy. And of course soy sauce for the flavour.

    I used to drink about three cans/bottles of diet coke a day. I've cut it down to one small bottle a day and I notice a difference, I'm definitely not as bloated. I know they are free but I find it makes a difference.
