    You may find that you are less hungry if you're drinking enough water too. They do say that 'hunger' is often actually thirst not being recognised as such.

    I carry around a 500ml bottle with me constantly, and never let myself get dehydrated (that way water retention lies ;)), and just refill as needed. As long as I refill the bottle 4/5 times a day, I'm happy. Even if I do need to wee almost all the time :P

    Off topic- does anyone here have a Costco membership and is it worth it?

    If you wear glasses, it is well worth it. I got an eye test (with photos of my eye etc), and £500 worth of glasses/prescription sunglasses (high street prices), for less than £200. Their little cafe thing does a mean jacket potato and beans for next to nothing as well ;)
