    Target weight - higher than BMI of 25

    I set mine to 28, but I just don't want to be that thin. So I've moved it a bit higher up, more of a goal than anything. Once I get to there I will take another good look at myself and see where I want to go from there. I don't think its possible to know until you get there to be honest.

    It happens alot, your taste changes so quickly on the diet. I used to LOVE the banana shakes but hated the Chocolate... now I've done a complete 180 on them lol. And don't worry about the blips. This diet is HARD. Some people can stick to it 100% for the entire duration, some of us fall...

    Don't worry Shane, won't be long until you are so VERY sick of explaining the diet to friends and strangers when they see you lose weight quickly :-) And Chrissy, I did that once, my CDC told me (after the event... ) if it happens again, aim for Subway. A chicken salad is very acceptable.

    What is the first thing you will do when you get to goal weight?

    First thing I'd do is buy some really nice skinny clothes, I will own nothing that is even close to being baggy :-) Secondly, I'd sign up for and start training for tough mudder :-) Thirdly, I'd finally get some new body piercings :-)

    Today is a good day :-) Finally reached my 3stone in 6 week goal. So proud! Not close to be finished, but finally starting to feel like there is an end goal in sight. :-) Hope everyone else is doing well!

    Week 6 is now complete, and lost 4.5 lbs after a SS+ week. Which brings me to my first big goal, 3 stone in 6 weeks. Can't forget the 1/2 lb extra :-) So happy!

    Week 5 complete, and lost another 5 lbs, I'm so super chuffed right now. Only 4 lbs until 3 stone is gone forever. Hopefully, that will come off next week! Bring it on! :-)

    Just got back from my weigh in, and munching on a cranberry bar (nomnomnomnomnom) Really pleased today, would have loved the full 10, but I'm more than happy with my result today. 6lbs gone! :-) That brings me to 24.5lbs gone in 2 weeks. That 20 stone mark is starting to look alot closer...

    It's all good :-) I'm on about 3 litres myself, plus all the tea and coffee I drink, going to try and keep it at 3 for this week to see if the loss stays good, if it goes down alot, I'll drink more :-) Best of luck for Wednesday :-) It really is the best feeling seeing the numbers :-)

    So, I went and had my first weigh in today and almost had a heart attack. I've lost a massive 18.5lbs in just 7 days. I don't know how or why, but I'm so very happy! Can't wait for next Friday now :-)

    Good luck mate! Always good to see more males here. I've just done my first week, got weighed earlier and almost had a heart attack on the scales, 18.5 lbs gone forever. If I can do it, you can! Just drink water like you're a fish and you will be good :-)
