    So I've just done my 20min weight training DVD with a pathetic 3kg dumbbell but oh my God, I was panting like mad. At the end of it I had to run to bathroom, as TMI didn't know whether I was goon puke or go to the toilet. Feel great now it's done though and my heart is beating normally again...

I would try have one day as a down day and say to your self that you won't eat until dinner. At dinner you can decide why're to have a low cal dinner for a down day...

    Save your calories for food later on rather than a shake. I don't think there is a huge advantage to not eating anything on a dd, so have something later. lunch out, they might do a jacket potato, that would be nice, or soup and salad, or a grill. Enjoy anyhow.

    Ye biscuits are a killer. I haven't touched bread/pittas/pastry/rolls etc in four days. Maybe I'll concentrate on that for first few weeks and be wary of biscuits. will prob try and eliminate them during lent. The thoughts of it!!!
