    Have you ever considered some form of counselling/psychology? I used to think these things were all a load of rubbish until I tried seeing a psychologist as a last resort. The outcome was amazing. I recommend it to everyone. I have learned so much about dealing with my problems the correct way...

    Who is up for setting themselves a challenge for February? I would like to lose 16lbs in February. I get weighed on a fri which works out quite well so once I know Fridays weight then my target will be 16lbs less than that.

    It's really bad, I usually have my "meals" at 11ish, 4ish and 8ish. By 10 I felt starving this morning so had a bar (didn't realise the problem then) at 10.30 and now at 12.45 I'm feeling very hungry again!!! Guess I better get out the house and keep busy.

    Has anyone found that eating the bars makes them crave more sweet things? I was doing fine, actually finding it pretty easy since I have had the bars I now want more bars or the kids jelly babies. Argh!!! I won't cave but it's frustrating.

    The app has changed it now goes up to 3.5l but says at the bottom, "the recommend daily intake of water is 2.25l" I drink around 3l per day so that when I have a bar or a tetra I am covered for the extra water.

    Spanglymum, I actually don't find it a problem going back to ss after a ss+ day. I usually feel as if I have done something wrong having the meal so that keeps me in check.
