    Exactly Kellykelly, we ARE allowed these treats, we don't have to deprive ourselves and saying that I've just had a bag of M&S Guilt Free Snacking chocolate & pecan popcorn, 6.5 syns of toally yummy with a homemade cappucino, feels very indulgent :D

    I would think you could do it, on a very quick calculation you need to lose 2lbs a week, so a good first week would give you a head start and as long as you stayed on track you'd be pretty much there I'd say. All the best
