    No it's not just you, I think it's all of us! All I would say is... If you feel a cheat coming up, stick to protein! Ignore that evil carbtastic macaroon! Kicks you out of ketosis for a few days!

    Don't stress jellibelli, it must be so hard on ss, I started on ss+ and really just the first week was hard. There's only a couple hundred kcal difference in it, it's not going to make a huge difference to how long it will take...

    Yeah i think for me, knowing it can take days to get back into ketosis helps me avoid snacking on carbs. Yesterday I was starving, so ate a couple of slices of ham. Could've eaten the whole pack, in an omelette, with cheese, and chips, and mayo... But didn't. Then I wonder how I got in this state!!!

    Yeah I was bloated before, I found having my last meal by 6pm has really helped. My consultant is nice enough, she's brought me samples of water flavourings and mix a mousse before buying which was good of her I think, but she's been a bit slow on the couple of questions I've had for her...

    I'm pretty sure a fanta zero won't stop you losing weight. I've got weigh day tomorrow, but I don't feel I've lost like my first week which was 7lb. If be happy with 3lb really. I struggle drinking water. Has anyone tried the water flavours? Does it help?
